My mission is to help those who do diversity and inclusion work ensure they have a strong process that will allow them engage others in dialogue around difficult cultural issues such as race and ethnicity.  When working with me you will:

• Develop an understanding of the difference between diversity and inclusion work as just content, but rather content and process.

• Learn more about the communication tools of curiosity, humility, and empathy.

• Build the skills to set yourself up for success and navigate difficult dialogue moments.

My goal is to help organizations work with their employees to break down barriers and build better relationships.  I hope the content provided will serve visitors well in their future endeavors to break free of cultural roadblocks.
